About Zellika
I am a mom in an environment where I isolate myself from the crowd. I teach and homeschool my own special needs kid until she gains confidence, and there is still so much learning to heal. Generational health is generational wealth too. I am way more spiritual than I may look. Because deep down, I am somewhat more masculine, and practice based on our own feminine energy phases: luteal, ovulation, follicular, and menstruation. Our own state body needs to be studied and exercised solely for better performance based on my own menstrual phase.

Hi! I am Seli. Since I am a mom and I have severe conditions and environmental situations that make it hard to build and gain my own strength and confidence, also stamina... my body has changed and even the way I am thinking. The way I think that only diet is enough, but my body and muscles will never be the same is basically because we lack support from professional and spiritual leaders. I combine it all based on our body's 4 phases that could make it easier for kids, beginners, and any mommy to feel safe and comfortable in their own body even after pregnancy.
