About Lauryn
I first started dancing in 1st grade on my first team. Since then I've focused mainly on jazz and ballet training alongside competing drill team competitively. I have competed in categories like jazz, contemporary, kick, and pom. I have also done classes in tap and contemporary. At my old studio I was an assistant coach for our minis.

-Lessons are geared towards beginners or technique lessons -Lessons are custom made to each student based off their needs and goals -Lessons will be fun and engaging while also teaching proper technique and terminology -Can teach all age ranges from toddler to adult -First lesson will consist of a baseline assessment and overview of short term and long term goals. -All 30 minute lessons will include 10 minutes of guided stretching and 20 minutes of technique -All 45 minute lessons will include 10 minutes of guided stretching, 10 minutes of strength exercises and 25 minutes of technique -All hour long lessons will have 25 minutes total of stretching and strength training and 35 minutes of technique -I have 12 years experience in different genres like ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, tap, and competitive drill team for 7 years
