About Stephen
A highly experienced civil engineer, I have worked in tunnelling, utilities (currently in the Energy Sector), and highways. I am a very empathetic person so I can tune into the best ways to communicate the information you will need to learn.
My passion for psychology and neuroscience help to inform this, so I can understand and utilise the best ways that the brain can learn.
For Primavera P6 - I am a very experienced user, from creating work breakdown structure, calendars, activities, reports, to delay analysis and windows timeslice. In addition to this I have experience of Earned Value Analysis using SPI and CPI.

I am an experienced teacher and have taught in-house at various consultancies. Using an understanding of psychology and neuroscience, I use a combination of bespoke tutorial videos, exercises, demonstrations and shadowing to ensure that the lesson is learnt in a sustainable way.
