About Andy
I am a qualified expedition leader and wilderness medic for a British gap year company and have been for nearly 2 years. I have lead and assisted in trips all over the world with groups of up to 26 people. Iam currently undertaking a paramedic science degree course.

My teaching method is very personal to every student. I like to get to know my students as well as possible so I can really understand what areas of personal development and leadership they need to improve on so they get the most out of sessions. I like to use experience and evidence based reasoning to teach my students the best techniques to apply to their leadership.
