About Wesley

I’m a Biology tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Biology. I specialize in helping students understand complex topics in immunology, particularly the intricate mechanisms behind immune cell interactions and antibody production. My goal is to make even the most advanced concepts clear and approachable. I’ve worked extensively with pre-med students and those preparing for careers in biomedical research or healthcare. Together, we dive deep into the foundations of immune responses, autoimmune disorders, and the science behind vaccines. I also guide students through therapeutic strategies used in immunotherapy and the evolving field of targeted treatments. My teaching focuses on building both conceptual clarity and critical thinking. I use diagrams, case studies, and interactive discussions to explain how T-cells, B-cells, and other immune components work together to protect the body. Practice questions and real-world examples are key tools in my sessions. I make sure every student feels confident asking questions and exploring ideas. Whether you're preparing for exams or just passionate about understanding the human body, I'm here to support your learning journey. Let’s work together to master the fascinating defense systems that keep us alive and thriving!

My teaching approach in Biology is focused, strategic, and result-oriented. I work closely with school and university students to help them master core concepts and apply them with confidence. Whether you're studying for class exams or aiming for a top score in AP Biology, I tailor lessons to fit your goals.

I cover key topics such as molecular biology, cell biology, genetics, evolution, ecology, and physiology. Special emphasis is given to experimental design, data interpretation, and tackling free-response questions effectively. You'll learn how to break down complex questions, organize your thoughts, and write strong scientific responses.

We use targeted drills, concept reviews, and timed practice tests to sharpen your test-taking skills. I also guide you in interpreting graphs, tables, and experimental results—skills essential for the AP Biology exam. You’ll gain tools to solve problems under pressure and avoid common mistakes.

As a Clean Energy Enthusiast and Materials Scientist, I also bring real-world context into the classroom. This makes learning engaging and meaningful. I ensure every session is interactive and focused on your improvement.

Support is consistent from day one. Together, we work to build a solid understanding and the confidence you need to excel. My goal is to help you succeed, not just pass.
