I offer simple, fun, no-equipment fitness lessons focused on consistency. My method is beginner-friendly, using bodyweight exercises at home. I teach in English and Xitsonga. A typical lesson includes warm-up, cardio and strength, then cool-down. My lessons are for beginners, students, and anyone wanting to lose weight or gain energy.
