I am a Human Resources professional with an MBA. My Bachelor's focus was Physics, Mathematics and Electronics. As a trainer and L&D consultant, I have trained and coached IT professionals for large conglomerates on managerial and behavior skills. My teaching methodology could be called as whole approach, where in I bring in scenarios, examples from around my demographic audience to make it relevant and applicable. A typical class with me means everyone gets to participate, question, brainstorm and arrive at a practical solution to a task. I always like to close a class with 2 take-aways - one on the topic/subject and the other outside of the topic but definitely has a connection.
