About Vinayak
I am teacher and have been teaching since 1982. I am graduate & have completed two years teaching Diploma course from Pune Board.I am working as a primary teacher in education department of Mumbai Municipal Corporation’s school. I worked as a ‘Teacher Educator ’ in the British Council’s EFA project and trained more than 2000 teachers during five years programs of MCGM. Also I was trainer in British Council’s project of ELIPS for primary teachers . I taught Physical Education in Maratha High School ,Mumbai & Boys’Town Public School, Nashik and also have part time teaching experience in St. Michael School & St. Jhon School in Mumbai for 7 years.

I use communicative approach and eclectic method. I also use relevant teaching materials as per topics . Sometimes I use demonstrative method and allow students to observe the experiments. Direct & Indirect methods also sometimes using for teaching grammar and formulas .Narration method prefers for teaching language and story telling for small children.
