About Reagan
My passion for Excel and data analytics began with a fascination for organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data effectively. I earned a B.Sc in Information Systems and an M.Sc in Data Analytics, gaining expertise in spreadsheet management, data visualization, and analytical modeling. Over the past 9 years, I have taught learners of all levels, helping them gain proficiency in Excel and apply their skills to real-world scenarios through structured and engaging lessons.
I focus on practical, clear, and interactive teaching methods. Many students struggle with complex formulas, large datasets, or automation tools, so I break lessons into understandable steps, provide examples, and guide hands-on practice. This ensures learners develop both skill and confidence in using Excel for academic, professional, and personal applications.
Outside the classroom, I stay engaged with evolving Excel functions, data analytics trends, and productivity tools, which allows me to bring current, real-world examples into lessons. Watching students grow from hesitation to mastery, independence, and analytical insight is immensely rewarding. Supporting learners in becoming confident, capable, and proficient Excel users is the most fulfilling aspect of my teaching work.

Excel lessons focus on practical skills, helping learners confidently use spreadsheets for data organization, analysis, visualization, and reporting. I teach essential functions, formulas, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, macros, and data modeling, emphasizing applied learning and real-world relevance. Lessons combine guided practice, interactive demonstrations, and problem-solving challenges to ensure students gain both technical competence and analytical thinking.
Beginners learn basic spreadsheet navigation, simple formulas, formatting, and chart creation. Intermediate learners advance to complex functions, logical formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and visualization techniques. Advanced learners explore macros, VBA automation, dynamic dashboards, data modeling, and analytical workflows. Each session incorporates practical exercises, case studies, and feedback to reinforce understanding and build confidence in real-world applications.
Excel mastery also develops analytical reasoning, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Students gain confidence in handling large datasets, extracting insights, and presenting data effectively. My goal is to create a supportive environment where learners become proficient, independent, and capable of using Excel to solve practical challenges efficiently and accurately.
