My lessons are practical, patient, and focused on helping job seekers and professionals get real, workplace-ready results with Microsoft Excel. I don't believe in overwhelming you with abstract formula theory. We start directly with what you need to accomplish—whether that is passing a technical job assessment, updating your skills for a promotion, or building a portfolio project to impress hiring managers—and break the material into clear, manageable steps.
A typical lesson begins with your specific goal: mastering essential functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, logic functions), building dynamic Pivot Tables, cleaning raw export files with Power Query, or running through practice interview scenarios. We work via screen share so I can guide you through the actual tasks on your own computer. I explain what each step does, help you practice it, and ensure you leave with a simple, repeatable workflow you can perform on the job.
