About Obi
I'm a fitness guru. best way to describe me I guess. I'm 19, go to 2-3 hour sessions at the gym for four days a week. keep a strict diet plan and Somewhat of a fashionista. I also have clients which I personally train at the gym I go to which I do on my off days.

The first couple of the lesson revolves around the theoretical aspect of said subject. Then we proceed on the practical side of things.
