About Esther
Mi nombre es Esther Ruiz nací y crecí en República Dominicana a mis 18 años empecé a trabajar en un periódico local y una programa de televisión fui a la universidad y estudié comunicación social, luego vine a vivir a los Estados Unidos donde mi primer trabajo fue como asistente de una maestra de pre- escolar en una guardería y unos meses después me asignaron como la maestra de español para todas las clases, actualmente soy madre de un pequeño especial de 6 años.
My name is Esther Ruiz, I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. When I was 18 years old, I started working for a local newspaper and a television program. I went to university and studied social communications. Then I came to live in the United States, where I got my first job. It was as an assistant to a pre-school teacher in a daycare center and a few months later I was assigned as the Spanish teacher for all classes. I am currently the mother of a special little 6-year-old boy.
