I was first teaching ESL at Community College then jr High School then I moved to South East Asia to teach from private schools to Colleges and Universities, tutoring , as well as big Corporations to learn to speak English

I teach by first learning about my students what they want to learn then found the best way to teach them for example if they are readers then mix reading with another style, if like writing mix with another style. This make classes interesting and fun
