I am an ESL Teacher with over a year of teaching experience in Shanghai, China. I have traditional classroom experience and one-on-on coaching experience helping with reading, writing, speaking, and listening comprehension. I like having a structured approach to how I conduct lessons and I grade my language appropriately in regards to the age and ability level of my students, in both individual and group settings. I think that it's important to balance and maintain a level of both stable structure and low-stress in my teaching environment. This way, students will be kept on track, but also not be afraid to take risks in learning new things in my classroom.
