About Maribel

I am an ESL tutor with a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature and years of teaching experience helping students improve fluency, comprehension, and confidence in English. About the lesson

ESL lessons with me are designed to build fluency, comprehension, and confidence in English. Each class begins with a review of prior lessons to reinforce learning. Speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills are practised in every session. Vocabulary is taught contextually through reading passages, dialogues, and conversations. Grammar is explained clearly and applied through exercises. Listening practice includes audio recordings, dialogues, and videos. Speaking exercises focus on pronunciation, conversation, and role-play. Reading activities improve comprehension, vocabulary, and reading speed. Writing sessions cover sentence formation, paragraph writing, and short essays. Real-life examples are incorporated to make learning practical. Lessons are interactive and encourage questions and participation. Homework helps reinforce skills and concepts outside class. Feedback is provided to track progress and improvement. Lessons adapt to each student’s pace and learning style. Confidence-building is emphasised in every session. Students leave fluent, confident, and capable.
