About Millicent
I'm currently a Master's student at the University of Utah studying public health, specifically epidemiology and statistics. Before this, I worked in research laboratories for six years and worked as a teaching assistant at BYU in Chemistry. In high school, I volunteered at the Boy's and Girl's Club and helped middle and high school students with their homework. I also taught swim lessons to all ages. What this means is that I know how to set up lesson plans, I know how to teach different abilities, and I know my subjects. I would love to help you reach your goals.

I serve students from Middle through High School. I have experience volunteering in the tutoring lab at the Boy's and Girl's Club, and as an official teaching assistant at BYU for CHEM 101. I am pursuing my Master's in Epidemiology and Statistics, and I have worked in chemistry and biochemical laboratories for six years. This means that I use statistics and algebra daily in my school and work.
I have benefited from tutors in the past, and they have helped me reach my goals. I want to help do that for you. I will get to know you and your goals and set up an educational plan to get you there. After that, I will design specific lesson plans to motivate and help you achieve the educational competencies that you need.
