About Thomas
I am an enthusiastic and well qualified former teacher. I spent four years as a prep school teacher in Sussex specialising in English and Maths to Common Entrance level and History to Year 6. I studied Music at Oxford University, did my PGCE at Buckingham University, a masters in vocal studies at the Royal Academy of Music and am currently studying for an Advanced Diploma in Opera there. I love sharing my passion for learning and encouraging young people to reach their full potential. I am passionate about all the subjects I tutor, most especially music. I have regularly tutored pupils to 11+ in maths and English. I have also taught a number of singing pupils including two who are now choristers in Oxford. I am particularly keen to increase my singing teaching practice and to impart the excellent training I have had onto others.

Perfect! Very friendly and professional
Thomas has been great in helping my daughter prepare for the 11+ maths exam. He's calm, friendly, and knowledgable, and he can make the maths papers very accessible.

Thomas has been tutoring my 9 year old son for a few weeks now and we are very impressed with him.
