About Hafsa
I am enthusiastic about Maths and Chemistry and absolutely love learning more about them everyday. I have studied both of these subjects at A level and I thoroughly enjoyed my time doing so. Even though my journey was disrupted by the outbreak of Covid-19, I preserved and achieved the grades I needed in order to move on to the next stages of my education. I achieved a grade A in both of these subjects and would love to help motivate and support other students who are struggling in these subjects with the passion and dedication I have.
During my A Levels, I helped many of my friends understand difficult concepts in a way that the teachers could not. I was able to do this as I understood what areas my peers were struggling in and was able to explain it in a way that would be memorable and easy to grasp on to. I also have experience in tutoring 5 GCSE students and helped them all obtain a grade 7/8 in Maths.
Through tutoring, I would like to help others enjoy and succeed in these subjects too. At first, it can be hard to grab the concepts of these subjects but I would like to help my students with their struggles and building their passion for Maths and Science.

I am very hard working and dedicated. I have a friendly and sociable nature, and my teaching style is adaptable to every student to tailor to their specific needs.
I will first understand where my students are struggling within a certain topic and will find a way that I can explain that would suit my students and their needs the best. I will answer all their questions no matter how silly they think it might be, as no question is ever silly. If anything, it would help deepen their understanding and knowledge about the topic. I would provide students with many practise materials along with exam questions to master their exam technique to make sure my students are familiarised with all different exam questions so they are comfortable and know what to expect for when they have to sit their papers. I will also provide any other materials that they would feel are necessary.
