About Dina

My name is Dina and I was born and raised in beautiful Athens - making me a proud Athenian. At school I fell in love with Greek classical studies, from history to ancient Greek - you name it! Graduating high school as a top student I decided to pursue my academic studies in the UK - where I have been living and working for 10 years now.

Despite working as a consultant and studying at London School of Economics, I wanted to combine my passion for education and contributing to the learning of our beautiful language and culture - this made me spend my Saturdays working at a Greek school in London.

As a native Greek speaker with 3 years of experience in Greek school, I bring professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm to every lesson. My tailored approach ensures students feel confident, supported, and motivated to achieve their language learning goals.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs and level, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, and writing through engaging, interactive resources.

I set realistic goals, track progress, and incorporate Greek culture and history for a rich, immersive learning experience. I am able to teach all levels and ages.

Perfect! Dina is an excellent Greek tutor for children and adults. She is teaching me and my young daughter conversational Greek, separately. We both enjoy the lessons, pitched at the right levels for us individually. She’s very patient and kind. I highly recommend Dina if you’re looking for a new tutor.
