My lessons are for all ages and all levels!
I like to combine movement and language, so I often turn vocabulary lessons into interactive games where students act out words, race to identify objects, or collaborate on quick challenges. I also incorporate storytelling—allowing learners to create short, funny stories using target grammar points, which builds confidence and keeps the lesson memorable. Additionally, I use real-life scenarios like role-plays, menus, maps, or social media posts so students practice English in a way that feels natural, practical, and exciting.
A typical fun ESL lesson starts with a quick warm-up game to energize students and review previous vocabulary. Then, I introduce the new language through visuals, gestures, and real-life examples to make the meaning clear and engaging. Students practice the target language in pairs through interactive activities like role-plays, matching games, or creative challenges. Next, they use the language in a communicative task—such as creating a mini-dialogue, completing a scavenger hunt, or telling a short story—to build confidence and fluency. Finally, we wrap up with a brief reflection or exit activity, where students share something they learned or perform a short fun task to reinforce the lesson.
