About Emily
I am enthusiastic to tutor secondary school and GCSE Sciences, Chemistry and Biology. I am currently undertaking my 4th year at Medical school and achieved 3 A's at A-level for Chemistry, Biology and Physics. I provide tutoring tailored to the individual's ability and background. I primarily tutor using questions and problems from the pupil's specific exam board which we can work through collaboratively. This will include personalised explanations and visual aids to support their learning with this. I primarily believe in prompting the pupil to work through questions so that they build their confidence so they can tackle future problems independently.

My lessons are held over Zoom. I will use various methods to teach my pupils including presentations, questions and model answers (this includes past papers, flashcards and personalised questions) and personalised tutorials. I will always be happy to work through any specific questions the student has.
