About Nise
I have an AS in accounting at a pre-college, a BA in Criminal Justice at Florida Atlantic University, and a Masters in Criminal Justice at the University of Phoenix. However, because I love dealing with numbers and like to share my knowledge with others, I went back to school and I am now in the process of being certified as a middle-grade math teacher. I have been tutoring for approximately one year.

When I first meet with the student, I give him/her an assessment to determine what area he/she needs help with. I let the student play a math game to find out how comfortable he/she is with numbers.
Each week after the first lesson. I give the student a warm up activity, follow with a lesson that focusses on high priority skill. I give the student a chance to practive what he/she had learned - (a worksheet). Lastly, I help the student with homework.
