About Abbey

I'm currently studying Music at Queen's University Belfast, and teach a range of musical disciplines including academic music (GCSE and A Level) piano and music theory. I am currently working on my diploma for classical piano, having achieved a distinction in my previous grade. I have also achieved a distinction in Grade 8 Musical Theatre and have sat multiple music theory exams. Having achieved top grades in my listed A levels (A* A A) I know the current curriculum well for all the subjects I teach, and am happy to assist those struggling for examination preparation. My preferred examination board to teach is CCEA for Music students, and WJEC for Drama students however I am willing to consider tuition for other examination boards (AQA, EXCEL...etc).

Sources and materials
I have developed and implemented comprehensive lesson plans that accommodate specific level of learners while offering support to make certain each student is able to grasp materials. I have tutored students within my local community, and am prepared with written, audio and interactive materials needed for the subject you require. I do ask my students to complete a small homework each week as i believe this will help further your learning and help me to keep track of your progress.
