About Alice

Hello, Personally, I'm very passionate about reading and writing, but I understand not every adult or child may feel that way. However, I really believe that skills like creativity, critical thinking, and good communication skills are important for everyone, and I want to help develop them however I can. I have experience teaching in a classroom setting, but I do find it easier and more fulfilling to engage with a person one on one when teaching. If a student is interested in the subjects of reading and writing, I will happily discuss those interests with them for hours and explore these interests with them in a way that helps develop their skills. On the other hand, if a student struggles with finding these subjects interesting, or engaging, I'll do my best to help them focus and connect the skills we're developing to interests that they do have. About the lesson

Hello, I'm really passionate about reading and writing, and want to help others develop their skills there. Whether it be creative writing, essay writing, or general communication or composition skills, I'm here to help develop those skills in whatever way a student needs. I try to take a really individualized approach to tutoring or writing assistance. People who struggle with these skills struggle for different reasons, and I feel the best way to develop them is to understand what those reasons are and find the best way to work on them. I'm happy to help with specific assignments and classes a student may be struggling with. Likewise, I'm happy to work with a student to strengthen those skills alongside classes with relevant lessons, discussions, and exercises. I'll take all ages and schooling levels from middle school up to undergrad university, or even adults who are interested in reading or developing their professional and/or creative writing skills. I had most of my tutoring experience with higher grade levels such as university and high school students, but have experience tutoring middle schoolers to develop reading and writing skills as well.
