I am a multi-faceted person drawn to the field of education, training and development. I attended the University of Cape Town, worked as an Organisational Development Consultant and Educator, teaching English, History an Life Orientation. I do not have a specific methodology. I believe that learning is a two way street. I try to adapt to the environment and the clues the learner sends to me. Working with a group is not the same as working one-on-one. Each class has a different dynamic. I have learnt as much from my learners as they have learnt from me.
