About Kirah
I am an undergraduate student majoring in English with a focus in Biblical Studies. I currently work at a local library. In the past, I have worked as a freelance writer for a student run newspaper. Writing is a passion and a hobby of mine. I have also worked as a center substitute at a head start preschool and as an afterschool volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club of America. In addition, I babysit on a regular basis and enjoy spending time with and teaching children. As a senior in high school, I took a course on education. I worked one on one with two middle school and high school level teachers. I had the chance to teach 6th and 7th graders an entire unit of both English grammar and Social Studies.
