About Yasmin

I’m a freelance writer and trained counsellor with a passion for helping students succeed academically while maintaining a healthy balance and protecting their mental wellbeing. Having experienced burnout after school due to exam pressure, I understand how overwhelming study demands can be. That’s why I focus not only on academic achievement, but also on helping students manage stress, build confidence, and develop sustainable study habits. I believe it’s absolutely possible to achieve great results without sacrificing your wellbeing, and I’m here to support you in doing just that!

About the lesson

My lessons focus on integrating your personal well-being with academic success. I do not believe that academic results should come at the expense of your emotional or mental well-being. I seek to empower my students in their own strengths and abilities, whilst giving them practical tools, strategies and training to achieve their personal best, whilst working towards their own goals.
