About Carmen
Hello, my name is Carmen! I am a native English speaker from America with 3+ years of experience as an ESL tutor and proofreader/writing coach. I am a freelance English teacher who tutors both adults and children ages 3-13. I enjoy working with and communicating with people of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures because I loved traveling and was raised in East Asia for 14 years (in China, Japan, Taiwan & the Philippines). I am a positive and upbeat person who believes that learning a language should be fun, but I also take pronunciation very seriously! Hope to see you in my classroom.
