- I am currently completing my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and minoring in English at Carleton University.

Well, to start, I have experience working within school environments, closely assisting young children with various needs to hone their reading and writing skills. Additionally, I previously created my own tutoring company with a peer, in which we focused on making learning enjoyable for all.

As a tutor, I approach learning from an equitable perspective. I believe that a successful educator must depend on patience, empathy, and adaptability, to address and accommodate the needs of students. I am an excellent candidate if you are looking for a creative, personable, and passionate English and social studies tutor.

I offer a multitude of English and Literacy based lessons from elementary to secondary school education. As a psychology student and aspiring English teacher, my lesson plans are designed to fit the student's needs.
Unlike some tutors, I have extensive experience working, mentoring, and teaching young individuals with intellectual disabilities in the areas of reading, writing, and comprehension. I also have extensive experience in essay composition, editing, and planning. Thus, I can help students of all levels and ages reach their academic goals.
After an initial meeting/introduction, we can collaborate on a suitable course of action for our later sessions.
