About Marceline
My name is Plamedie Suka Mbumba, originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo. I have completed my primary, secondary and tertiary studies in South Africa. I have a BA degree in Humanities which i obtained in 2020 and a BA honors in applied linguistics degree which i obtained in 2021. I have been tutoring linguistics for the past two years and it has been a beautiful experience. This has established both my listening skills and communication skills. I am able to use my listening skills to assist my students to the best of my ability and also use my communication skills to conduct lessons.

I promote a free atmosphere where my students are allowed to be open and ask questions if they do not understand something. I believe asking questions is not a synonym for stupidity but instead it is a synonym of eager to learn. I do not mind repeating a few things a couple of times just so my students understand well. I am proficient and able to teach in English. I also have two years of tutoring a module called linguistics. My lessons are aimed at both adults and children who aspire to learn English.
