About Selene
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and have 7 years of teaching experience working with students from different backgrounds and skill levels. My interest in English began with a love for reading and communication, which gradually developed into a passion for teaching and helping others express themselves clearly.
My teaching approach focuses on clarity, patience, and practical learning. I explain grammar and language concepts in simple ways so students can understand and apply them easily. I use conversations, writing tasks, and reading exercises to make learning engaging and effective. I also adapt my teaching style based on each student’s pace and comfort level.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading books and exploring different styles of writing. Teaching English is very fulfilling because I see students grow in confidence and communication skills over time. Helping them express their ideas clearly motivates me to continue teaching with dedication and enthusiasm.

Learning English becomes much easier when students focus on practical communication instead of only memorizing grammar rules. My lessons are designed to build strong skills in speaking, writing, reading, and listening through clear and simple explanations. I guide students step by step so they can understand sentence structure, vocabulary usage, and correct grammar in real situations. I also include activities such as conversations, writing exercises, and reading practice to improve fluency and confidence. Each session is interactive and supportive, allowing students to express themselves freely and learn without fear of making mistakes.
I design my lessons based on the student’s level and goals to ensure steady and meaningful progress. Beginners focus on basic vocabulary, sentence formation, and simple conversations. Intermediate learners work on grammar accuracy, paragraph writing, and reading comprehension. Advanced students focus on fluent speaking, advanced writing, and effective communication skills. Practice exercises, feedback, and regular revision are included to strengthen understanding and build confidence over time.
English lessons also help students develop communication skills, confidence, and the ability to express ideas clearly. As they improve, they become more comfortable speaking and writing in different situations. Many students find learning English helpful for both academic and personal growth. My goal is to make English learning practical, engaging, and confidence-building.
