About Nicolene
My name is Nicolene Kriel but you can call me Nicky. I am a 34 year old female and I have travelled to many wonderful destinations that made me realise that all of these different interactions with different cultures and people is my passion and I want to share my knowledge and my expertise with others so that one day when they are successful individuals they can also travel the world, and that the English they are taught is a language used worldwide and will bring them far in life not only career wise but if they want to travel the world it comes to good use anywhere in the world you go.
I have a National Diploma in Tourism Management (UNISA) and I am currently still doing my online qualification in TEFL. (Teaching English in a Foreign Language), a company based in Ireland. The standard of English that they teach in this course is equal to language taught in British Educational Institutes. Their spelling and grammar use is similar to the English used in South Africa. I am passionate in helping people and seeing them succeed and sharing my experience and love for life with them.

I always make sure that the student takes lead of their own learning and offer guidance as a tutor along the way but make sure that the student knows how well they are progressing because giving them that assurance that they are making a good effort and doing it mostly on their own with my guidance to keep them on the right path but still taking the lead on their own accord will build their character to become self-assured, confident individuals.
