English Teacher With Bachelor Degree giving courses for all levels and ages

I attended online classes hosted by Joe from March 2020 to December. I am in my early 60s.

Joe's classes had been recommended to me and they were very professionally run by Joe, starting promptly. His use of technology provided a sense of being part of a real class of students, with Joe providing visual demonstrations to the group as necessary.

The class was mixed in its students both in terms of age and ability. Joe showed great insight into the needs of each student and ensured that everyone was included within the lesson. I was impressed by his awareness of the different abilities of the students and his adaptation of his teaching methods to ensure that the students understood what was being taught.

Through his relaxed personable teaching style Joe was able to keep a fairly disparate group of predominantly children interested and focused on the week's topic. Each lesson was well structured and obviously Joe had prepared his lessons well beforehand.

Joe's knowledge of each topic being studied was excellent and his interest and enthusiasm kept students engaged.

His teaching style is very inclusive, making everyone feel valued and part of the group. Everyone's views were listened to and help given when individuals struggled with a particular exercise or project they were working on. It was evident that Joe builds good relationships with his students as they seemed very keen to impress him and do their very best.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time partaking in Joe's classes and I feel he helped me a lot improving my skills whilst providing a professional, relaxed and very enjoyable forum every week which I looked forward to.

Joe is a fantastic teacher! He is approachable, patient, understanding and kind. He offers good advice and constructive criticism and always gives praise where praise is due. He gets down to our level which helps us relate to him easily. We always look forward to our lessons with Joe and we are sure that any prospective students will do the same! Thank you Joe for all the hard work, energy and enthusiasm that you bring to each lesson!
