About Elena

Hey there, if you're looking for a fun learning experience with a professional English teacher, then you're reading the right application! A life based on traveling and discovering about new cultures. Graduated in Japanese and English, with a master's degree in Translation for Dubbing, and after many work experiences abroad: languages have always been part of my life. Taught in different schools to 3-year-old kids up to 60-year-old people. Teaching is the best way to keep myself young by sharing knowledge. Because you don't simply give it or receive it, knowledge is a two-way road.

About the lesson

What I do: First, listening to and understanding the needs and objectives of my students, so that I can build up a specific and personalized course shaped on them. I try to be able to do something. Each lesson is built so that you can use specific language, (grammar, vocab, etc) to something practical, ie writing a business email, translate a document, pass an exam, have a conversation, etc. Since I have been working as a student, I know how to do a decent job. I can prepare you to pass a tough certificate, such as IELTS, TOEFL, CAE, and so on. Or enjoy an English conversation class in which we can talk about anything, learning new vocabulary meantime.
