About Steph
I am an English graduate, and have only recently qualified as a teacher but have spent the last year working in an Adult Ed setting (19+ yrs) teaching English and English as a foreign language to levels ranging from pre-entry to GCSE. I also have experience working with students on a smaller basis, due to behavioural issues, in a secondary school. I am a registered supply teacher of English.

I approach each topic using an introduction, and I like to use the prior knowledge of each student as a basis for building a new foundation and introducing new information. I like to use a range of strategies for teaching, including games and sequencing. I think that being adaptable and using a range of strategies aids the engagement of students.
