About Catherine
I am have been teaching since 2015 and am currently working as a Senior ICT Trainer. Both these roles allow for me to offer 21st century skills in education and a teaching approach that will allow for my learners to incorporate ICTs in their learning approaches for dynamic projects and assessments. Not only that but my blended approach to learning and flipped classroom strategy promotes critical thinking and life long learning abilities.

My teaching methodology is deduced from the child centered approach which involves teaching techniques that promote learner engagement and impowering learners to be critical thinkers. I also believe in the flipped classroom methodology and project based learning. this methodologies allow for learners to take charge of their learning experience while the educators facilitates learning. My teaching method also incorporates ICT use ranging from digital story telling, to using class OneNote and the use of animations and educational apps to transform the learning experience.
