My teaching approach is differentiated depending on the individual student . I spend time getting to know my students as people and building rapport while also assessing their strengths and weaknesses. I am big into building a learning partnership where students are able to vocalize and discover strategies that work for them as well as develop the skills necessary to take ownership for their learning. I believe in meeting students where they are at and building upon lagging skills in a fun and respectful way.
