About Megan
My name is Megan from Manchester and I love to teach as I am very passionate about helping others to achieve. It really fulfils me to see others working towards their dreams and goals and seeing the achievements really is rewarding. I enjoy being a role model to others and encouraging them to see what they can do when they really put their mind to it. Being a person with ADHD who found it hard to focus and concentrate when I was at school, I understand the need for adapting teaching styles to suit the learner, as not every person will learn the same. I believe in treating everyone equally and with kindness because after all manners cost nothing and just because I am a tutor does not make me any better than you! So never feel intimidated and let’s get working together!

Before we start working together, I will get to know you as I am a big believer in building positive working relationships. I will get to understand your learning needs / learning styles and I will always ensure that you feel at ease with me during your teaching and learning. I am an engaging and enthusiastic tutor who you will find friendly and non-judgemental. You will build a variety of skills and knowledge with me to help increase your confidence with your English skills, which will really help to aid your employability skills. I also always want you to remember that no question is a stupid question!
