I adopt a tailored approach. Following a diagnostic assessment I can plan sessions to meet the specific needs of individual learners whilst working in line with the requirements of the assessment.
I involve the learner in this process to support them in managing their learning and to create a safe learning environment where the learner can achieve. The aim is to engage learners and boost their confidence.
