About William
I have always been interested in teaching, both of my parents are/were. While I do not have any teaching experience, besides correcting essays for fellow classmates and friends, I have a passion for this and will give everyone 110% of my effort. I am a full time student, as well as planning on going to graduate school in order to achieve a Master's degree after I graduate in May this year (2022). I want to help each individual student or client with their personal needs regarding the topic they choose. I want to help them enjoy writing and how writing with confidence can boost one's self-esteem, as well as giving a fair chance at writing professionally. I have taken over 120+ hours of English Literature, as well as technical communications classes. I can also help with writing for digital media, as my previous job was an Editorial Assistant for a local production company.

As a full time student, I know what it is like to be confused or have difficulty with writing or assignments. While everyone is at their own level, creating an essay, resume, or even just learning how to write is essential in today's society. I would like to share my personal methods that have helped me achieve a 3.9 GPA in my English Studies. I have found methods to help make readings from class more clear, as well as how to structure essays and take research analysis to another level. I have a passion for figuring out how topics were created and why they work the way they do. I am hoping to use this time to discover another side of academia, in which I can help reach others who want to succeed in this field, or just writing and literacy in general. My teaching plan is to try and connect with my clients on a semi-personal level, to try and achieve a writing style and method that allows them to see their full potential in this field or life in general. I want to build their writing skills further than before, instilling confidence in themselves and their writing abilities.
