I believe in active learning, so I encourage students to think critically, explain concepts back to me, and take ownership of their progress. I also incorporate regular feedback and goal-setting to track improvement and keep motivation high. Ultimately, my goal is to not just help students improve their grades, but to help them enjoy learning and believe in their own potential.
