About Nuala
Hello! My name is Nuala and I’m an 18 year old girl who’s just finished A levels English, French and Psychology. I am DBS checked and experienced in working with kids through tutoring, gymnastics coaching and babysitting. I can help in any subject at GCSE/KS3 level, having achieved 9s and kept up to date with helping my little sister this year with her GCSEs! The 3 subjects mentioned I can also teach at A level having continued with them to that level myself. I’ve always loved English, from getting 100% in my English SATs in year 6 to 100% in my Romeo and Juliet GCSE paper. I love the way words carry meaning, sometimes beautiful and moving meanings in books for example, and I believe my passion for the subject will make me a particularly great help for you.

I’d love to make a real difference in your child’s grades, tailoring sessions to fit exactly the teaching style that best suits them. I can go through their course step by step, teaching them how to master the skills to do well in it! Whether they’d prefer me to go through worksheets with them, give essay feedback, plan essays together, mind map character quotes and their analyses. I am here to help them in any and every way I can, as someone who achieved 9-9 in GCSE English and is predicted an A* at A level, awarded an English scholarship for my hard work and English skill.
