About Ayana
I am currently enrolled as a Master's student at the University of Delhi, pursuing Human Development and Childhood Studies. My field of study allows me to be able to connect with students better and employ effective teaching techniques. I believe in personalizing teaching and learning methods to the needs of every student. This makes my teaching effective.
While I am just starting, this opportunity will allow me to use the techniques I used to score well in my school days, which were not that long ago, and thus help students achieve their highest academic potential. Teaching is not just about the curriculum to be imparted to students, but about the experience a teacher provides them, and that is my intention. I mean to give space to my students to flourish and be able to achieve their academic goals by fostering a conducive and holistic learning environment.

My lessons are pitched to the child's cognitive and emotional stage, not just their grade level. I try to break up my concepts into small, achievable steps, letting the student take the lead. I also use diverse teaching and learning materials, since students encode information differently.
