About Heather
I used to do competitive writing and was on the yearbook committee in high school. When I tutored for geology, computer science, and English in college, I realized how much joy I got when I saw my fellow student improve their grades. Every time I trained a new employee and saw them succeed and move up, I felt proud. There's a sense of happiness in teaching others so that I can see them get better and better at a subject they have applied themselves to.

I like to approach teaching by bringing out a person's creative side. Everyone has something unique about them that should be embraced while learning. I like to show/say how it's done first then get that confidence shining by allowing you to be hands on and giving it a try! My years of being a leader in customer service & healthcare taught me how to read people so that I could better guide them. Whatever approach is best for you, that is the level we will work with.
