About Geri
I am currently a MSc Comparative Politics student specialising in Political Economy. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in English (minor in Politics and Public Administration) with First Class Honours in 2020, and attained 43/45 for my International Baccalaureate Diploma in 2017.
I have experience with both private tutoring and teaching in a tutoring centre for 5+ years. Many of my students have seen a significant increase in their grades after I work with them to prepare for their exams.

I tend to adopt a student-led and strategic approach in my teaching, where I try to understand the student’s needs and base my teaching around those areas of concern. I help to solidify students’ understanding of a topic and prepare them for exams by going through past papers, since I believe this has been a proven method to work the best for most in my experience.
