About Gwen
Hi! I’m Gwen and I have a passion for literature, analysis and creative writing! I studied many modules in classic literature and poetry, in addition to writing creatively such as poetry, short stories, novels and scripts. I was an editor for the student newspaper and magazine and was an English assistant in a school in France. I hope to inspire others and help them to better comprehend the English language, write more eloquently and proofread and adapt work where appropriate. I look forward to adapting sessions to your needs and having open conversations about material

I am committed to delivering high-quality lessons, using my degree-level knowledge from a Russell Group university. I enjoy helping others to be able to analyse texts and material, to confidently write essays and creative texts, improve spelling and grammar, in addition to being able to use and embed quotes. I am led by the student and will adapt lessons and content accordingly. I taught English in a French lycée for a year so am happy to adapt lessons for British school children, learners of English as a foreign language or those hoping to expand their knowledge of English literature.
