About Alex
Hi, my names Alex. I graduated from Manchester Metropolitan university with a 2:1 in English literature and history three years ago. This year I completed my PGCE in English at the University of Manchester ( I’m now very accustomed to delivering lessons online ) and I am now working towards completing my masters degree in creative writing at the University of Manchester.
I am currently working towards completing my first novel which I hope to get published in the near future!

I will base my teaching style on your preferred method of learning as I believe everybody learns differently. Therefore, I endeavour to find out how a student likes to learn before any lesson is made, so that the student can obtain the skills and information they desire as easily and quickly as possible.
I have a lot of experience with English and history, both as a university student and a teacher, therefore you will receive detailed feedback and lesson plans that are both easily understandable but very comprehensive.
