About Laura

I have an undergraduate degree in English Literature and a Masters degree in Creative Writing from the University of Exeter. I have 4 years of tutoring experience to students of various ages and abilities, tailoring lessons to their specific learning needs

About the lesson

My teaching methods are tailored to each individual student. I approach each topic by first asking the student what they already understand and branching out from this to expand their understanding of the topic. This helps them to build confidence as they see what they are learning not as something new that they need to be scared of but as something built on their own knowledge
