About Sankalp
Ex-banker, Army kid(not so much a kid now though), MBA in marketing from Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Voracious reader, full-time education professional, loves working with school going children, doesn't give 'gyaan' (just a tiny bit only when solicited), emphatic, relatable, fun, can discuss pretty much every topic under the sun, believes in looking at english as a mean to an end rather than the end itself.

I do not decide my methodology. My student does. We interact to understand what are the objectives we seek to achieve. I do not believe in hammering a square peg in a round hole. I do follow one rule with all my students-give them space. I let them come up the curve gradually, but when they do. they stay up there. No quick fixes for me. I believe in helping the students believe in themselves, and remove the phobia of english.
