I focus on the students' needs first and foremost. I take structured CELTA teaching outlines and plan each lesson around a specific subject and area such as grammar, listening, reading, or writing. I start with a quick warm-up and then I begin to explore the students' ability and knowledge before proceeding with the new material. I always have a section towards the end of the lesson for the students to practice and produce the target language of the lesson.
